Lands End Trail in San Francisco

Our last outing before buckling down and packing everything up for the move was a short day trip to San Francisco for Thai Food with friends and a brief stop for coffee in the Mission. After driving around for a bit, we stumbled upon this beautiful trail near the mouth of the Bay.
