Lake Tahoe with the Wenchels!

Two weeks ago, our good east-coast friends, Seth and Sarah, met us up at Lake Tahoe for a weekend of catching up, mini golfing, and lakeside lounging.  Here are a bunch of photos from our trip!

Christopher manned the wheel for the trek up the Sierra Nevadas.

After we arrived at the lake on Saturday afternoon, we had lunch and hit a local mini golf course before check-in time at our hotel.  Sarah won with a nearly 10 point (!!!) lead.  Christopher lost.

Good thing the dinosaurs were going the other way...

Getting ready to sink one of no hole in ones during our game.

The mini golf course had a great arcade with vintage consoles including Paperboy II, Ms. Pacman, and Frogger!
Tokyo Drift had a more modern appeal.

On the drive back, Chris snapped a bunch of photos out the window.  We loved this small town:

Gives new meaning to the phrase "small town america."  Note the sign

As we made our way back into the Bay Area, we had some breathtaking views of the fog that sits on top of San Francisco during the summertime.  We also drove across the Bay Bridge for the first time!
